| Background | Richard Morris has been a medical illustrator, college-level design instructor, aerospace and financial industry software designer, and a biodynamic farm hand. Once weighing over 400 pounds, Richard lost over 150 of those pounds eating farm-fresh food. He is the author of "A Life Unburdened: Getting Over Weight and Getting on with My Life." The book details how Richard's family rediscovered the redemptive power of real food.
Married 22 years, Richard and Mary have two daughters and live in Northern Virginia. They plan to relocate to a few acres in southern Virginia and engage in the art and science of small scale farming and sustainable living.
