Each package contains Sirloin Steak cut 1 1/4" thick, 1 per package.

"My husband cooked Polyface top sirloin steak using all wood… no charcoal, no lighter fluid… just wood .. in one batch on a Weber grill. He made the fire using smaller pieces of oak and getting the fire really hot and then allowing the fire to almost burn out.
The 3 steaks were about a pound each… just fit on a Weber grill… seasoned with only Redmond sea salt…. .This is how steaks should taste.. tender and very moist.
