What we can't grow is sourced local and organic, and if we can't get it local, certified organic. (Lemon farms aren't super popular yet here in Ohio- although we're working on it)

We share the ingredients from each batch, who worked on it, and track it back as far as possible. For example, if we have a crop failure, then we'll sub it with as local and organic as possible replacement and it will be listed in that batch code. You can go to our website, enter in your batch code and see when it was brewed, and all the details around it!
