All American Bundle

Product Information: 86-88 lbs. Cut butcher's choice (standard American). Except for Chuck, all roasts are boneless. All steaks cut 1 1/4" thick. Roasts are cut to 2-3 pounds. Ground is in 1 lb. packages.

This bundle is equivalent to a quarter of a whole beef. Order one for a quarter or four for a whole beef

Storage Requirement: Each bundle will require about 5-5.5 cubic feet worth of freezer space.

30-40 lbs Ground Beef, 1 pound packages

2-4 Rib Steaks (2 steaks per package)

2 pkgs Filet Mignon (2 steaks per package)

2 NY Strip Steaks (2 steaks per package)

2-4 Top Sirloin Steaks (1 steak per package)
