Smoked Shoulder Bacon

Each package contains 1 lb of our sliced (1/16" thick), uncured smoked boston butt "buckboard" bacon.

This economical smoked boston butt cut is delicious! Think of it as a mix between normal side meat bacon and Canadian bacon. Not quite as fatty and not quite as lean, just in the middle!
