Country Club Bundle

Product Information: 72-74 lbs. The Country Club Beef Larder is cut butcher's choice (standard American). Steaks cut 1 1/4" thick. No organs or bones. Ground is in 1 lb. packages

This bundle is equivalent to a quarter of a whole beef. Order one for a quarter or four for a whole beef!
Storage Requirement: Each bundle will require about 5-5.5 cubit feet worth of freezer space.

This box includes:

• 35-50 lbs Ground Beef, 1 pound packages
  
• 2-4 Sirloin Steaks
• 3-4 Rib-eye Steaks (2 steaks per pkgs)
  
• 1-3 NY Strip Steaks (2 steaks per pkgs)
  
• 2 pkgs Filet Mignon (2 steaks per pkgs)
• 3-5 Chuck/arm Roasts
• 1 Bottom Round Roast
• 1 Sirloin Tip Roast
