Jess's Lamb is 100% grass-fed, grass-finished lamb, grazed on the field edges of Polyface farm and surrounding rental properties in the Shenandoah Valley.
These lambs have great flavor, and are never given vaccinations, antibiotics, or hormones.
I strive to create a healthy, eco-friendly, and absolutely delicious product, from farm to table.
This bundle is designed for the person who wants to sample mutton without breaking the bank, or for a smaller household who doesn’t have much space in their freezer. Offering a sampling of some of the most common cuts, this bundle will be sure to convince the American buyer of what Europeans have known for centuries - mutton is delicious!

- 3 packages of ground mutton (approx 1 lb each)
- 1 package of spare ribs (approx 2.5 lbs each)
- 1 mutton shank (1.5-2.5 lbs each)
- 1 package of loin chops (2/pack)
- 1 packages of rib chops (2/pack)
