Add cowboy flair to ANY Beef cut!
Getting back home to the ranch must have been amazing for cowboys of the Old West. The sweet home cooked meals rather than a cook-wagon on the range, had to be wonderful. Bring a little of that cowboy magic to your kitchen, dining table, or picnic table with this smoky-sweet, chili-blend rub.
Rub 1-2 Tablespoons on any piece of beef at least 30 minutes before cooking, whether grilling, baking, slow-cooking, or pan frying.
Mix into ground beef for custom hamburgers.
Add to marinade or BBQ sauce for a custom kick, or add to sour cream for a quick and tasty dip!
No BBQ sauce? No problem! 1/2 c ketchup, 1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 t hot sauce, 1 1/2 T maple sugar (or brown sugar), and 1 T Cowboy Boogie.
