We're so excited to add Sorghum Molasses from our friends at Shenandoah Valley Family Farms! They are a group of Certified Organic Farms nestled in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. Sorghum Molasses is a 100% natural sweetener. It is made from pure, natural juice extracted from heirloom sorghum cane grown on their family farms. The juice is concentrated and further purified by evaporation in open vats. The result is a mild, amber-colored syrup which retains its natural sugars, trace minerals and other nutrients. It is used as a natural sweetener in drinks, puddings, breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries. It makes a wonderful topping for waffles, pancakes and ice cream desserts!
