Frozen sourdough pizza dough! 4x 250g dough balls to a pack. Thaw on the counter for three to four hours and you are ready to shape and bake!


BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove dough ball from plastic bag, place on lightly floured surface, cover with plastic wrap, and allow to proof for 3 hours.
  2. The dough is ready when it feels puffy to the touch and can stretch easily without tearing.
  3. Work the dough into your favorite shape, keeping it thin for best results
  4. Apply toppings as you like and bake in a 500 deg preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
