FAQs

What if I need to skip or cancel?

You have complete control over your recurring order. Edit items, skip deliveries or cancel anytime. We won't lock you in or hide cancelation buttons.

Will I be notified before each delivery?

Our farm will send you a text and email notification 4-5 days before your order ships. Make sure you opt into all notifications within your Polyface account.

Can I place a one-time order in between my subscription orders?

Our system does not currently allow this. Remember, you can add/remove any items on your order anytime before the order window closes. If you'd like to ship an order to a friend, you can do so by creating a new account, or by contacting our patron-success team. :)

What if I don't want to receive the same products each time my order renews?

No problem! You have complete control over what you receive. No need to cancel your subscription if you want to swap out the products you receive. Simply add the new items you want to your cart before your order deadline, and then remove the items you no longer need. Your subscription is automatically updated and you're all set.


How long do I have to adjust or change my Subscribe & Save order?

You will receive an email and text reminding you of your deadline to make changes to your order before the cutoff date in your area. This notification will include a link to your subscription account.

How do I change my address?

How do I Cancel my subscription?

Go to “ Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose the dropdown “Subscribe & Save” and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Cancel Your Subscription” button.

Why can't I find the "Checkout" button on my subscription now that it's renewed?

Once you've begun your Subscribe and Save order and entered your address and card information one time, you don't have to enter it again as long as your subscription is active! This saves you time so you can simply add and remove items to update your order without going through the checkout process again.
