FAQs
What if I need to skip or cancel?
You have complete control over your recurring order. Edit items, skip deliveries or cancel anytime. We won't lock you in or hide cancelation buttons.
Will I be notified before each delivery?
Our farm will send you a text and email notification 4-5 days before your order ships.
Can I place a one-time order in between my subscription orders?
Our system does not currently allow this. Remember, you can add/remove any items on your order anytime before the order window closes. If you'd like to ship an order to a friend, you can do so by creating a new account, or by contacting our customer-success team. :)
How long do I have to adjust or change my Subscribe & Save order?
You will receive an email and text reminding you of your deadline to make changes to your order before the cutoff date in your area. This notification will include a link to your subscription account.
How do I change my address?
Please contact our customer-success team for any address changes.
How do I Cancel my subscription?
Go to “ Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose the dropdown “Subscribe & Save” and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Cancel Your Subscription” button.
