Jess's Lamb is 100% grass-fed, grass-finished lamb, grazed on the field edges of Polyface farm and surrounding rental properties in the Shenandoah Valley. These lambs have great flavor, and are never given vaccinations, antibiotics, or hormones. I strive to create a healthy, eco-friendly, and absolutely delicious product, from farm to table.
