Quickly add this powerhouse veggie side to any meal using Joyous Gardens ingredients.

Ingredients
- (2 cups) KALE
- (2 cups) SWISS CHARD
- (3-4) SPRING ONIONS
- (3 Tbsp) Ghee, Coconut oil, Lard, or Butter
- (to taste) Salt, Garlic
Directions
Heat oil in large pan.
Roughly chop vegetables, add spring onions and saute for 1 minute. Add 2 large handfuls (each) of kale and chard to pan, and cover for 2-5 minutes. Remove lid to stir and continue cooking till done. Use these vegetables or any "sauteing green" such as mustard, arugula, turnip greens, etc.
Season with salt, garlic (powder or minced), black pepper (optional).
Serve as a side to any dish.
