Freedom Farms is owned and run by Josh Kauffman, a former Polyface Apprentice from 2021-2022.
Located in Western Maryland, Josh loves working to restore land, animals and people to their God given potential. He strives to use nature as his template and work with it and not against it, using simple old-fashioned principles with modern technology to bring you some exceptional lamb. His lamb is always 100% grass-fed, grass finished with no vaccines, antibiotics, artificial hormones and synthetic dewormers.
Our loss is your gain on this bundle! Unfortunately, the butcher mixed mutton and lamb cuts and labeled as "lamb." Priced as mutton, but with a potential of 50% of the cuts being lamb.

- Shoulder Roast 1 - 2.5-4lb
- Leg Roast 1 - 3-5lb
