Mexico - This organic coffee from the Motozintla region in Chiapas is produced by way of an entirely natural process, with priority placed on conservation and revitalization of the land’s resources. Expect medium body and acidity with notes of roasted almond, milk chocolate, raisin and citrus.

Blue Elk Coffee Co. is a Coffee Roastery located in Staunton, VA. Owners Jeff and Nova Jean are presently featuring direct trade coffee from 5 ranches in El Salvador. They profit share 50/50 with the growers for all coffee roasted from these farms!
