86-88 lbs. In The Slow Cooker's Dream Beef Larder, all roasts are with bone in, cut to about 3 pounds. Steaks cut 1 1/4" thick. Ground is in 1 lb packages.

This bundle is equivalent to a quarter of a whole beef. Order one for a quarter or four for a whole beef!

Storage Requirement: Each bundle will require about 5-5.5 cubic feet worth of freezer space.
